  • Defrost sou-beoreg three hours before baking. Preheat oven to 400F.  Remove plastic lid, place foil over your tray of sou-beoreg and cook for 45 minutes. For a golden brown top, remove foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes. If you prefer your sou-beoreg "uncrisped", continue cooking last 15 minutes without removing foil.
